Youngmok PARK

Mr. Park is a prominent figure in the South Korean video game industry, widely recognized as the godfather of the sector. His expertise and influence were highlighted during his tenure as the Executive Director of Blizzard Entertainment, Korea, where he led the release of the renowned game Starcraft 2 in South Korea. As the Head of Game Marketing for Microsoft Korea, he also masterminded the promotion of the acclaimed strategy game Age of Empires in the country. A pioneer in esports, Mr. Park organized the very first competition in South Korea in 1996. Today, as an advisor and consultant, he brings his invaluable experience to numerous companies in South Korea and abroad.
Othmane GUERROU

Othmane Guerrou is an experienced professional who has contributed to various organizations in diverse roles over the years, both in Morocco and abroad (United Kingdom, India, China, and South Korea). He held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Bank of Africa, where he spearheaded the opening of the bank's subsidiary in Shanghai, China. After assisting several companies in South Korea in establishing numerous fruitful partnerships and projects, Othmane decided to found his own entertainment industry-focused company in the country. He is also the founder and president of the Moroccan Electronic Sports Association since 2018. In this role, he has guided the organization and contributed to the growth of esports in Morocco.
Samha CHOI

Regarded as one of the most respected professors in the South Korean video game development industry, Professor Choi is a sought-after mentor for numerous successful game developers. With over 20 years of experience, he has been involved in the creation of several video games and has developed numerous video game development programs for Korean universities. Recently, Professor Choi established the very first esports program at Soongsil University, demonstrating his expertise in the field. He also serves on several municipal committees in South Korea, where he oversees the video game and esports sections.
Mohamed Amine LAGHRISSI

Mohamed Amine Laghrissi is a Moroccan engineer who transitioned into an esports expert. A former semi-professional player of Blizzard's renowned game, "Starcraft," he founded the first Moroccan esports team, The Black Lotus, in 2014 and is now considered the most successful Moroccan coach due to his victories in the popular game "League of Legends." He has helped train numerous talents across the MENA region. Based in South Korea, He strives to deepen his knowledge and contribute to the development of the esports industry by bringing his experience and insights.
Yeawon JIN

Yaewon Jin(Ph.D.) is a leading researcher and industry expert in esports and gaming. As a principal researcher at The Game-n-Science Institute and postdoc researcher at the University of Jyväskylä, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Dr. Jin serves on the board of the Esports Research Network(ERN) and The International Society of eSports Studies (ISES) and is a founding member of the Digital Games Research Association Korea Chapter. Her extensive industry experience includes leading the Game Experience Analysis and Platform Business Teams at NCSOFT and managing the global broadcast production of LCK at Riot Games Korea. With her diverse experience and cross-cultural understanding, she is poised to help drive innovation and growth for our partners.
Chris S. Hong

Chris Hong is a game developer, evangelist, and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience. He started his game development career in 1995 as a server programmer and successfully launched 12 PC and console real-time multiplayer online games and 8 mobile games. He established and successfully ran three game companies for over 15 years. He was honing his ability to balance technical and business aspects and possess extensive experience in all areas of the game industry, including development, live service, business foundation, management, finance, and investment, as well as overseas experience.
A seasoned presenter and lecturer, he has made numerous presentations and speeches at schools, universities, and events. With a wealth of international experience, he deeply understands diverse cultures, working processes, and people.
